POMELO MEVASINING ANATOMIK VA BIOKIMYOVIY TARKIBI
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada pomelo (Citrus maxima (Burm.) Merr.) mevasining anatomik tuzilishi hamda biokimyoviy tarkibi ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida mevaning asosiy morfologik qismlari — epikarp (flavedo), mezokarp (albedo) va endokarp (sharbat xaltachalari joylashgan segmentlar) tuzilishi anatomik jihatdan tavsiflandi. Flavedo qatlamida efir moy bezlari va pigment hujayralari (karotinoidlar) mavjudligi, albedoning g‘ovaksimon parenxima to‘qimasidan tashkil topganligi hamda endokarpda sharbat vakuolalari rivojlanganligi bo‘yicha tekshiruvlar olib borildi.
