DISTANCE EDUCATION: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Abstract
As a result of the rapid development of information and communication technologies, the education system is undergoing a fundamental transformation. In particular, distance education is emerging not only as an alternative but also as a strategically important model of education. It is being considered not merely as a supplementary tool to traditional education, but as an independent and effective system.
