MAHALLA VA TA’LIM MUASSASALARI HAMKORLIGI ASOSIDA TA’LIM BOSHQARUVI SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISH

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim boshqaruvi samaradorligini oshirishning zamonaviy tendensiyalari doirasida mahalla va ta’lim muassasalari o‘rtasidagi institutsional hamkorlikni rivojlantirish masalalari tizimli va konseptual yondashuv asosida tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotda ta’lim menejmentining detsentralizatsiya, ijtimoiy sheriklik va integrativ boshqaruv tamoyillari asosida mahalla institutining funksional imkoniyatlari, uning ta’lim jarayoniga ta’siri hamda boshqaruv tizimidagi transformatsion roli chuqur tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2026-yil 16-fevraldagi “Mahallani rivojlantirish va jamiyatni yuksaltirish” yilida ustuvor yo‘nalishlar bo‘yicha islohotlar dasturlari va “O‘zbekiston - 2030” strategiyasini amalga oshirish bo‘yicha davlat dasturi to‘g‘risida”gi PF–22-son Farmoni doirasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlarning ta’lim boshqaruviga institutsional integratsiyasi ilmiy asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijasida “Mahalla–Maktab–Davlat” integrativ modeli ishlab chiqilib, ta’lim boshqaruvi samaradorligini baholashning ko‘p mezonli indikatorlar tizimi taklif etilgan. Olingan natijalar ta’lim menejmentini takomillashtirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlarini boyitadi.
