Abstract

This article analyzes the methodological foundations for developing students’ reading culture in the context of modern literary education. The study highlights competency-based approaches, interactive and innovative methods, as well as integrative strategies for fostering reading habits. The research results offer recommendations to enhance independent reading skills, critical thinking, and aesthetic appreciation among students.
