PRIORITY VALUES IN THE “DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF NEW UZBEKISTAN”

Abstract

The following can be highlighted as the key principles of the New Uzbekistan era: the rule of law, judicial and legal reforms, freedom of thought, speech, and belief, accountability in public administration, a state model that serves its citizens, respect for historical heritage, humanism, enlightenment and intellectual awakening, human capital, and public well-being. These values are reflected as priority directions in the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan. This article discusses these issues.
