MUSIQA RAHBARI FAOLIYATINING PRAKSIOLOGIK ASOSLARI
Abstract
Maqolada musiqa rahbarining kasbiy, uslubiy va pedagogik faoliyatining o'ziga xos xususiyatlari malakali protsessual, funktsional va pedagogik samaradorlik nuqtai nazaridan ochib berilgan. Musiqa rahbarining kasbiy va uslubiy ishlarining samaradorligi, optimallashtirishining asosi praksiologiyani ekanligi isbotlangan. Musiqa rahbarining muvaffaqiyatli ta’lim faoliyati praksiologik tamoyillar asosida shakllanadi.
