EFFICIENCY OF SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL WORK
Abstract
This article provides information about how teachers can impact to school pupils with spiritual and educational work. Spiritual and educational work significantly boosts learning effectiveness by fostering motivation, critical thinking, and holistic development, moving beyond mere knowledge transfer to shape responsible, engaged citizens with strong values, creativity, and a sense of purpose, ultimately leading to better academic outcomes and reduced negative behaviors. Integrating modern tech with person-centered approaches enhances interest and equips students with digital literacy, while a combined effort from educators, parents, and the community ensures a robust moral and intellectual foundation, making learning more meaningful.
