APPLICATION OF ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEMS IN COTTON GINNING PLANTS
Abstract
The article discusses the principles of energy recovery systems application in cotton ginning plants, as well as their economic and environmental efficiency. Various recovery technologies are described, including thermal, kinetic and air recovery, as well as the use of battery systems for energy storage. The application of these technologies allows to significantly reduce energy consumption, reduce operating costs, increase productivity and extend the service life of equipment. Environmental efficiency is manifested in the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, improvement of air quality and reduction of the impact on natural resources. The article emphasizes the importance of introducing innovative technologies to increase the competitiveness of the industry and improve the environmental situation in the country.
