TARIXIY HUDUDLARNING TURISTIK-REKREATSION SALOHIYATINI SHAKLLANTIRISHNING ARXITEKTURA-LANDSHAFT TAMOYILLARI
Abstract
The article examines the issues of forming the tourist and recreational potential of historical territories from the perspective of contemporary architecture, landscape design, and the concept of sustainable tourism. The study substantiates the necessity of developing historical and cultural heritage sites not merely as passive monuments but as active socio-spatial resources. The principles of architectural and landscape organization, functional zoning, integration of recreational infrastructure, and preservation of ecological balance are revealed as key factors in enhancing the tourist attractiveness of historical areas. As a result of the research, a comprehensive approach to the development of historical territories is proposed, along with practical recommendations aimed at increasing their economic, social, and cultural significance.
