Abstract

Background: The long-term stability of clinical benefit from inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) and long-acting β2-agonist (LABA) combinations in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) requires continuous evaluation in real-world settings. This study aimed to assess the sustained efficacy and safety of a fixed-dose combination (FDC) of budesonide/formoterol (B/F) over 12 months in patients with moderate-to-severe COPD.
