EDUCATIONAL DISCOURSE IN THE UZBEK AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES
Abstract
The pedagogical discourse in both Uzbek and English is examined in this study. Communication with the goal of imparting knowledge during the educational process is known as educational discourse. It encompasses a variety of interactions, including talks between instructors and students as well as lectures and instructional materials. The article's goal is to examine the linguistic characteristics of two languages in an educational setting, with a focus on lexical, syntactic, and stylistic distinctions and similarities. The significance of language in education and the impact of social and cultural trends on education are given particular focus. The roles of educational discourse, such as information content, formalization, and pragmatic influence, are examined in this article. It also takes into account how educational discourse interacts with other kinds of courses, such scientific, professional, and cultural. The study's findings demonstrate that, despite variations in vocabulary and structure, educational discourses in Uzbek and English have certain things in common, like the use of specialist vocabulary, the formalization of communication, and the way information is presented. People's perspectives on education are also influenced by linguistic customs and cultural distinctions in each nation.
