ИНДИВИДУАЛИЗИРОВАННЫЙ ПОДХОД К ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОМУ ЛЕЧЕНИЮ ДОБРОКАЧЕСТВЕННЫХ УЗЛОВЫХ ОБРАЗОВАНИЙ ЩИТОВИДНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ С УЧЁТОМ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ПРОФИЛАКТИЧЕСКИХ СТРАТЕ
Abstract
В статье представлены результаты исследования, направленного на оптимизацию хирургического лечения доброкачественных узловых заболеваний щитовидной железы. Разработан и внедрен дифференциально-диагностический алгоритм, включающий до- и интраоперационные методы диагностики, такие как УЗИ, тонкоигольная аспирационная биопсия и лазерная доплеровская флоуметрия. Использование данных методов позволило повысить точность определения объема оперативного вмешательства, снизить частоту послеоперационных осложнений и улучшить качество жизни пациентов. Впервые предложены методы профилактики аутоиммунного процесса в сохраняемой тиреоидной ткани и интраоперационной диатермоаблации узлов.
