PERSPECTIVES OF INTEGRATION SOFT SKILLS INTO THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN.
Abstract
This article explores the perspectives and challenges of integrating soft skills into the educational system in Uzbekistan. Current global educational trends emphasize the importance of integrating competencies such as communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, and collaboration within the school curricula. The study analyzes how Uzbekistan’s high school students are equipped with soft skills and how they are prepared for a competitive global workforce. By conducting social experiment and examining existing literature, policy frameworks, and educational strategies, this article measures the level of soft skill development in the young population in Uzbekistan, particularly in Fergana city, and highlights specific soft skills improvement in youngsters.
