Abstract

This article analyzes the psychological, social, and practical significance of the Law “On Protection of Children from All Forms of Violence” adopted on November 14, 2024, and entering into force on May 15, 2025. It highlights the relevance of the law, its impact on children’s mental health, innovations in the protection system, and its advantages based on real needs. The article examines the importance of applying this law in practice through a psychological lens. It is intended for psychologists, educators, lawyers, and social workers involved in working with children.
