Abstract

Every year the pace of progress in the world increases, and everyday life poses non-trivial problems for members of modern society that require quick and effective solutions. Therefore, it is not surprising that when hiring, especially in the field of developing new products and technologies, such a personal quality as creativity is increasingly in demand - the ability to generate new ideas and technologies based on accumulated experience and knowledge that create a new product or optimize the work process.
