Abstract

The digital economy is the process of conducting economic activities through information technologies and digital platforms. Today, small businesses have the opportunity to manage their operations effectively and innovatively by utilizing the digital economy. Small businesses can present their products and services to a wide audience by employing digital marketing strategies. Methods such as SEO, content marketing, advertising on social media, and email marketing can yield effective results. Strengthening communication with customers through digital tools is essential.
