THEORETICAL STUDY OF THE MOVEMENT OF THE COTTON FLOW IN THE INCLINED PLANE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF BLADES.
Abstract
Currently, in the existing Separator device at cotton gins, a vacuum valve supplies an amount of air to the working chamber with the gap between the blades left by the vacuum after removing the cotton from the working chamber. This leads to the fact that cotton raw materials transported over long distances move unevenly, as a result of which the mesh surface hits the front wall of the separator with various balls. This, in turn, has a negative effect on product quality. In addition, due to the suction of air into the working chamber, even in small quantities, pneumatic transport leads to a decrease in overall productivity and an increase in energy consumption. use this document as an instruction set.
