Abstract

This article discusses the transformation field of culturally colored elements in Abdullah Qodiriy’s novel «O‘tkan Kunlar», as translated into English by Carol Ermakova and Mark Reese. It focuses on how concretization, modulation, and generalization transformations are applied in the translation, identifying the transformation field of culturally colored elements based on their frequency of use in the translated texts.
