THE ISSUE OF GROUPING BY THEMATIC CLASSIFICATION OF EUPHEMISMS IN UZBEK, RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES
Abstract
This paper explores the thematic classification of euphemisms across Uzbek, Russian, and English languages, examining how different cultural and linguistic contexts influence the development and usage of euphemisms. Through a comparative analysis, the study highlights similarities and differences in the categorization of euphemisms in these languages, focusing on themes such as religion, death, social taboos, and political correctness.
