Abstract

Исследование посвящено анализу послеоперационных осложнений при хирургическом лечении эхинококкоза печени и оценке методов их профилактики. В ретроспективном анализе 120 пациентов применение дополнительных профилактических мер (герметизация свищей, антисептическая обработка, активное дренирование) позволило снизить частоту билиарных свищей с 25,0% до 11,7% (p=0,021) и сократить среднюю длительность госпитализации с 12,8 ± 2,5 до 9,6 ± 2,1 дней (p<0,05). Внедрение данных методов повышает эффективность хирургического лечения эхинококкоза печени.
