Leadership skills are fundamental to students' personal development, it is also important for their academic performance and future career prospects. This study explores the impact of leadership experiences on student growth using a mixed-methods research approach, incorporating both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews including students and educators. The findings reveal that students who engage in leadership roles, such as student government, club presidencies, or team projects, demonstrate greater self-confidence, enhanced problem-solving abilities, and stronger communication and teamwork skills compared to their peers. Moreover, these students exhibit higher academic achievement, as leadership responsibilities often foster time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
