STUDYING THE CAUSES OF HYPERTENSION IN WOMEN

Abstract

This article discusses the causes of hypertension in women and their consequences. Hypertension, that is, high blood pressure, may be associated with menopause in women, pregnancy, genetic factors, lifestyle, and diet. Factors such as stress, lack of physical activity, and poor nutrition contribute to the development of the disease. In addition, diabetes and kidney disease also increase the risk of hypertension. The article also discusses measures to prevent and prevent hypertension, including reducing salt intake, regular physical activity, stress management, and medical checkups. The article provides useful tips for improving women's health.
