IMPROVEMENT OF THE AUTOIMMUNE TREATMENT FOR THROMBOCYTOPENIC PURPURA PATIENTS
Abstract
In this article presented the results of treatment 224 patients with autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura. Represented the comparative results of treatment with inhalation and traditional method by corticosteroid hormones and splenectomy. Recommendations of using corticosteroid hormones in dosage inhalation was more effective then apply it by traditional methods. In this way the remission of disease presented on 6,1 day early. For the treatment of these patients we used splenectomy, and created new approach the operation. The results of our operation more effective in 96,9 % of cases comparing of traditional approach
