Abstract
This article explores the ontological concept of time and its role in human life from various philosophical, historical, and psychological perspectives. It discusses how time is perceived in the human mind, its value and management, as well as how different cultures understand and relate to time. The article provides practical recommendations for understanding and managing time, and helps to gain a deeper insight into its role in life. It also examines the waste of time and its harmful effects on human life, along with the relativity and subjective aspects of time explained through scientific approaches. Moreover, the article connects the relativity of time with its scientific and philosophical dimensions, linking them to the achievements of modern science.References
