QON YO‘QOTISHNING PATOGENEZI, ETIOLOGIYASI VA KLINIK OQIBATLARI
Abstract
Qon yo‘qotish inson organizmida eng tez rivojlanadigan, ko‘p tizimli va hayot uchun bevosita xavf tug‘diradigan patologik jarayonlardan biridir. Qonning kamayishi oddiy suyuqlik tanqisligi emas, balki kislorod tashish, karbonat angidrid chiqarish, immun himoya, tana haroratini boshqarish, oziqa moddalari tashilishi va qon ivishini saqlash kabi bir nechta hayotiy vazifalarning izdan chiqishidir. Shu sababli o‘tkir qon yo‘qotish yurak-qon tomir tizimini, nafas olish faoliyatini, buyrak perfuziyasini, miya qon aylanishini va hujayra energetikasini bir vaqtning o‘zida zararlaydi. Ayniqsa qon ketish tezligi yuqori bo‘lsa, bemorning dastlabki arterial bosimi nisbatan saqlangandek ko‘rinsa ham, mikrosirkulyatsiyada yashirin gipoperfuziya rivojlanishi mumkin. Bunday holat kech baholansa, gemorragik shok, metabolik atsidoz, qon ivish buzilishi va ko‘p a’zoli yetishmovchilik yuzaga keladi Mazkur fikr qon yo‘qotishning klinik bahosida miqdor, vaqt, bemor zaxirasi va manba nazoratini birgalikda ko‘rish zarurligini yana bir bor tasdiqlaydi Mazkur fikr qon yo‘qotishning klinik bahosida miqdor, vaqt, bemor zaxirasi va manba nazoratini birgalikda ko‘rish zarurligini yana bir bor tasdiqlaydi [1].
