TIBBIY KIMYO FANIDA SO‘LAK FERMENTLARINING STOMATOLOGIK KASALLIKLARNI ANIQLASHDAGI ROLINI O‘RGANISH
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada so‘lak tarkibidagi asosiy fermentlar, ularning kimyoviy va biologik xususiyatlari hamda stomatologik kasalliklarni erta aniqlashdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. So‘lak organizmning muhim biologik suyuqliklaridan biri bo‘lib, undagi fermentlar og‘iz bo‘shlig‘ining fiziologik holatini aks ettiradi. Ayniqsa, α-amilaza, lizotsim, peroksidaza, ishqoriy fosfataza va laktatdegidrogenaza fermentlari periodontal kasalliklar, gingivit va kariyes kabi patologik holatlarni diagnostika qilishda biomarker sifatida qo‘llaniladi. Maqolada gingivit kasalligi misolida so‘lak fermentlarining diagnostik imkoniyatlari yoritilgan.
