Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bruksizmning kranio-mandibulyar disfunksiya  shakllanishidagi etiologik roli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda chaynash mushaklari xususan, m. masseter gipertrofiyasi va oklyuzion interferensiyalar o‘rtasidagi patofiziologik bog‘liqlik asoslab berilgan. Aniqlanishicha, tishlam nuqsonlari bruksizm bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda chaynash mushaklarining kompensator faolligini oshirib, temporal-mandibulyar bo‘g‘im strukturaviy elementlariga tushadigan mexanik yuklamani  keskin kuchaytiradi.
