Abstract
Muammoning dolzarbligi: Jigar transplantatsiyasi terminal bosqichdagi jigar kasalliklari va gepatotsellular karsinoma (HCC) uchun yagona radikal davolash usuli hisoblanadi. Tomas Starzl tomonidan 1963-yilda asos solingan ushbu soha immunosupressiv terapiya va xirurgik texnologiyalar evolyutsiyasi natijasida yuqori samaradorlikka erishdi.
