РОЛЬ КОМОРБИДНОСТИ В ПРОГРЕССИРОВАНИИ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОЙ ГИПЕРТЕНЗИИ
Abstract
Актуальность. Артериальная гипертензия (АГ) по-прежнему занимает ведущие позиции среди хронических неинфекционных заболеваний и рассматривается как одна из ключевых проблем современной кардиологии. Согласно данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения [7], в мире насчитывается более 1,28 млрд пациентов с АГ, при этом значительная часть из них не достигает целевых значений артериального давления. Результаты глобального анализа NCD Risk Factor Collaboration [3] подтверждают тенденцию к увеличению распространённости гипертензии, особенно в странах с переходной экономикой.
