Abstract

Эрта болалик кариеси 2–6 ёшли болалар орасида энг кўп учрайдиган сурункали стоматологик касалликлардан бири ҳисобланади. Оғиз микробиомини модуляция қилишда пробиотикларнинг роли замонавий профилактик стоматологияда муҳим йўналишга айланди. Ушбу тадқиқот пробиотик штаммларининг — Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus salivarius S. mutans даражасини пасайтириш ва эрта болалик кариеси ривожланишини чеклашдаги самарадорлигини илмий манбалар асосида баҳолашга қаратилган. 2020–2024 йиллар оралиғидаги SCOPUS/Web of Science мақолалари таҳлили пробиотиклар S. mutans ни 40–80% гача камайтириши, сўлак pH ни кўтарилиши ва микробиом барқарорлигини оширишини кўрсатди. Пробиотиклар эрта болалик кариеси профилактикасида хавфсиз ва самарали ёндошув сифатида тавсия қилиниши мумкин.
