CLINICAL AND IMMUNOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ALLERGIC OBSTRUCTIVE BRONCHITIS IN CHILDREN
Abstract
Allergic obstructive bronchitis (AOB) is a chronic respiratory condition frequently observed in children. It is characterized by airway inflammation, obstruction, and hypersensitivity to allergens. This study examines the clinical manifestations, immunological characteristics, and underlying factors contributing to AOB. Particular attention is given to immune response markers such as IgE levels and eosinophilia, as well as triggers like environmental allergens and infections. The findings highlight the significance of early diagnosis, allergen avoidance, and appropriate pharmacological therapy in the effective management of AOB in pediatric patients.
