Abstract

Maqolada surunkali bronxit va xronik obstruktiv o‘pka kasalligining (KOAH) etiologiyasi, patogenez mexanizmlari, klinik belgilari, tashxis qo‘yishning zamonaviy usullari hamda davolash strategiyalari tahlil qilingan. GOLD tavsiyalariga asoslangan yondashuvlar, shuningdek, O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llanilayotgan diagnostika va davolash standartlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Kasallikning oldini olishda chekishga qarshi kurash, ekologik omillarni kamaytirish va profilaktik emlash muhim o‘rin tutishi ta’kidlangan.
