Abstract

The evolution of specialized coloproctological care in the context of modern health systems reflects not merely a clinical necessity, but a complex interplay of demographic dynamics, epidemiological imperatives, and strategic public health governance. As the global incidence of colorectal malignancies exhibits a steady ascent - a trajectory especially pronounced within aging and urbanized populations - the imperative for early detection has transcended the boundaries of clinical interest, becoming a cornerstone of national health agendas in multiple developed countries [1].
