Abstract

Юрак-қон томир касалликлари (ЮҚТК) дунё аҳолиси орасида ўлим ва ногиронликнинг асосий сабабларидан бири ҳисобланади. Дарҳақиқат, аёллар орасида атеросклеротик ЮҚТКни эрта ташхислаш ва уларни муқобил профилактикасини таъминлаш тиббиётнинг долзарб масалаларидан биридир. Юрак ишемик касаллиги (ЮИК) кечишини мониторингида гендер фарқлаб ёндашиш касалликни нохуш асоратларини муқобил профилактикасини таъминлашда алоҳида аҳамият касб этади. Аёлларда атеросклеротик юрак - қон томир касалликлари хавф омилларини саралаш бўйича тавсияномаларда келтирилган сўровномалардан фойдаланиш ЮИКни барвақт аниқлаш имконини беради. Айниқса, перименопауза ва постменопауза давридаги  аёлларда анъанавий ва гендер ўзига ҳос омилларни аниқлаш, юқори хавф гуруҳидаги аёлларда юрак ишемик касаллигини барвақт ташхислаш мақсадида спекл-трекинг эхокардиография усулида миокард биомеханикасини аниқлаш мақсадга мувофиқ ҳисобланади.
