ENDOMETRIOSIS: PATHOGENESIS, CLINICAL COURSE, AND ASSOCIATION WITH GENETIC FACTORS
Abstract
Endometriosis is a common yet poorly understood gynecological disorder influenced by genetic, hormonal, immunological, and inflammatory factors. This article analyzes the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, genetic and epigenetic mechanisms, diagnosis, and treatment of endometriosis based on current research. The complex nature of the disease and the importance of early diagnosis and personalized therapy are emphasized.
