Abstract

This article explores the structural and functional features of the skeletal system and its connection with the organs of voluntary movement — primarily the skeletal muscles. The paper provides a detailed review of the morphology and physiology of bones, joints, and muscles that facilitate voluntary movements. Furthermore, the integration of these components in ensuring locomotion, posture, and mechanical support for the human body is discussed.
