Abstract

Obstructive bronchitis is a common respiratory condition in children, often exacerbated by underlying allergic diseases. This article explores advanced diagnostic and therapeutic strategies tailored for pediatric patients with this comorbidity. A prospective study involving 100 children aged 5–12 years was conducted, employing allergen-specific IgE analysis, pulmonary function tests, and clinical assessments to refine diagnostic accuracy. Therapeutic protocols included pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches such as antihistamines, inhaled corticosteroids, and allergen avoidance strategies. Results demonstrated a 75% improvement in clinical symptoms and a 40% reduction in hospitalizations with personalized treatment plans. This study highlights the critical need for integrated care models in pediatric obstructive bronchitis.
